All taking slightly varying notions upon the central theme, these works take a humorous stance on life, making serious comment about the world that we inhabit. The Impossible Landscapes were developed as a response to the feeling of the mundanity. The idea of becoming ‘stuck in a rut’, a longing for something new. Each piece has its own meaning and conceptual theme but the idea of mundanity runs throughout the series.
